1. Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the limited-release and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Or incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us where applicable

3. International Returns

For international orders:

  • Returns must be shipped with tracking
  • Any import duties, taxes, or fees paid to local authorities are not refundable, except where applicable
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses during return transit

We recommend contacting us before initiating an international return to confirm the best return method.

4. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Returned due to unpaid import charges
  • Undeliverable due to incorrect address details

Any return shipping costs, customs fees, or handling charges may be deducted from any refund issued, or a refund may not be available.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected

  • Are sent without prior approval
