1. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices for Australian customers are shown in AUD and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

Prices for international customers are shown exclusive of local taxes, duties, or import charges.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

 

2. Taxes, Duties & Import Charges

 

Australian Orders

Orders shipped within Australia include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate.

International Orders

International orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP).

 

This means:

  • We do not collect or remit foreign VAT, GST, sales tax, or import duties at checkout (unless explicitly stated).
  • Any applicable import taxes, VAT/GST, customs duties, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable on delivery.
  • These charges are determined by local authorities and carriers and are outside our control.
  • We are unable to estimate or reimburse any import charges incurred.

 

3. New Zealand Orders

Orders shipped to New Zealand are treated as international imports.

We do not charge New Zealand GST at checkout unless required by law.

New Zealand customers may be required to pay import GST and/or handling fees on delivery, depending on local regulations and order value.

 

4. Shipping

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Local conditions beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.

 

5. Customs Declarations

For international shipments:

  • Orders are declared accurately in accordance with customs regulations.
  • We cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue shipments.

 

6. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Returned due to unpaid import charges
  • Undeliverable due to incorrect address details

Any return shipping costs, import charges, or fees incurred may be deducted from any refund issued, or a refund may not be available.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Please note:

  • Import taxes and duties paid to local authorities are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency.

 

8. Limitation of Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Import taxes, duties, or handling fees
  • Delays caused by customs or carriers
  • Exchange rate differences applied by payment providers or banks

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
