These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchases made from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. About Us

We are a small, independent manufacturer producing limited‑run products. Our operations, pricing, and availability reflect the realities of small‑scale production rather than mass‑market retail.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices for Australian customers are shown in AUD and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

Prices for international customers are shown exclusive of local taxes, duties, or import charges, unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Taxes, Duties & Import Charges

Australian Orders

Orders shipped within Australia include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate.

International Orders

International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis, with one exception.

This means:

  • We do not collect or remit foreign VAT, GST, sales tax, or import duties at checkout (unless explicitly stated).
  • Any applicable import taxes, VAT/GST, customs duties, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable on delivery.
  • These charges are determined by local authorities and carriers and are outside our control.

United States Orders

  • Orders shipped to the United States are an exception to the above.
  • Due to U.S. import and carrier requirements, applicable duties and tariffs are prepaid by us at the time of shipment and included in the price you pay at checkout. As a result, U.S. customers should not be charged additional duties on delivery.
  • Sales tax is not collected at checkout unless required by law.

4. Shipping Availability & Regional Limitations

We’d love to ship everywhere — unfortunately, that’s not always practical.

We operate as a small, independent manufacturer producing limited‑run products.

While we do our best to make our work available internationally, some countries and regions have regulatory, tax, or compliance requirements that are disproportionately complex for small operations like ours.

Rather than pass those costs on to customers or compromise on how we make our products, we may limit shipping to certain destinations.

If a destination is unavailable, it will not be selectable at checkout. Availability may change between product releases, and inclusion of a country for one release does not guarantee availability for future releases.

In rare cases where an order cannot be shipped due to regional restrictions identified after purchase, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

We can currently ship to the following countries:

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Japan

  • Singapore

  • Taiwan

  • Switzerland

  • Norway

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Update 19/03/2026: Payments made via PayPal are held by PayPal for 1-2 days before clearing. While this won't affect your order number, it may result in a slight delay in fulfilment while we wait for funds to clear.

6. Stock Availability & Order Acceptance

All products are offered subject to availability.

As a small-batch manufacturer producing limited-run items, stock levels may be limited and not guaranteed. Placing an order does not constitute acceptance of that order until it has been confirmed by us.

In the event that a product is unavailable, oversold, or cannot be fulfilled for any reason after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We are not responsible for any additional costs, losses, or damages arising from such cancellations.

7. Customs Declarations

For international shipments:

  • Orders are declared accurately in accordance with customs regulations.
  • We cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue shipments.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Import taxes, duties, or handling fees
  • Delays caused by customs or carriers
  • Exchange rate differences applied by payment providers or banks

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
